Experience: Mary Lee Wishard has been involved in the sport of dogs for more than 30 years and has trained and shown at all levels of obedience competition and is a member of the Dog Writers' Association of America. Before moving to Springfield, Mary Lee worked as a veterinary technician and showed dogs at all levels of competition.

Education: Mary Lee holds a degree in Animal Science and regularly attends seminars on dog care, obedience training, field work, and behavior modification.

Community Service: Mary Lee is involved in many areas of community service, including serving as an examiner for pet therapy dogs, working on the Southwest Missouri Humane Society board of directors, and judging AKC sanctioned obedience matches and 4-H dog shows. Mary Lee also educates the public about pets and pet care.
